Systems engineering · Applied AI · Full-stack
Ancient order.
Modern systems.
AegirLogic builds the software your business runs on — platforms, applications, custom AI models and agentic systems that keep working after the demo ends. Old-world craftsmanship, this-year engineering: measured, tested, and handed over entirely in your name.
- Fixed scope before code
- Direct line to the engineer
- You own the code and the models
Capabilities
One crew, from the kernels to the counter staff.
Most studios sell you a slice and let the seams show. We design the whole passage — the models, the services beneath them, and the app your customers actually touch — so nothing gets lost between three vendors and a Slack channel.
-
01
Systems & platforms
The hall your operations run in: services, schedulers, queues and internal tools that hold through a busy season — and survive a 3 a.m. restart by someone who has never read the code.
-
02
Full-stack applications
Web and mobile products end to end: typed APIs, considerate interfaces, offline-first sync, and the schema migrations nobody volunteers for. One team, one standard, no handover gap.
-
03
Custom AI models
Models tuned on your data, hosted where you choose. Evaluation sets, guardrails and a cost ceiling come with them — so accuracy is a number you can defend to a board, not a trick you hope holds.
-
04
Agentic systems
Agents that do real work — triage, drafting, reconciliation, research — each scoped to a job with approval gates, audit trails and a kill switch. Autonomy with a hand on the tiller.
-
05
Cloud & infrastructure
Containers, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability and backups we have actually restored in a test. Quiet infrastructure is not a compromise — it is the whole point.
-
06
Rescue & audit
Inherited a codebase, a missed deadline or a bill nobody can explain? We map the risk, steady the core, and leave a roadmap your own team can execute.
How we work
Runes read. Hall raised. Helm handed over.
Short loops, written decisions, and no phase that ends with a document nobody opens. You see working software every week and know exactly what it costs.
-
Read the runes
Discovery with the people who run the business: constraints, numbers, the assumptions that would sink the project. We spike the unknown before we quote it.
-
Raise the hall
Thin vertical slices through the whole stack, decisions recorded as we go, and a working demo every week — not a slide deck every month.
-
Prove it in the tide
Load tests, failure injection, permission reviews and staging that mirrors production. We break it on purpose so your customers never do.
-
Hand over the helm
Runbooks, documentation, CI that fails loudly and a working session with your team. The repository, the credentials and the models are yours.
The name
Ægir, and the art of reasoning.
Ægir is the sea itself in Norse myth — a jötunn older than the Æsir, who brewed for the gods and set his table in a hall beneath the waves. Storms were his mood; still water was his hospitality. Sailors did not bargain with him. They read the sky, counted the tides, and came prepared.
Chaos at the surface. Structure underneath.
Logic traces to the Ancient Greek logikē, “the art of reasoning,” from logos — word, reason, order. Through Latin and Old French it became the name for disciplined thought: the rune-carver's ethic in another tongue. Everything placed where it belongs. Nothing wasted. Nothing left to luck.
AegirLogic joins the two — the old respect for forces you cannot argue with, and the modern discipline of systems that behave exactly as designed. We keep the rituals: measure twice, cut once, test in bad weather. Then we point them at what is new: custom models, agentic systems, software that reasons on your behalf.
